Founder's Statement
We founded L4 Advisory after more than 30 years of working across real estate, insurance, digital media, and business advisory, where I consistently saw how difficult it was for business owners to make clear, confident decisions in a fragmented environment.
I wanted to build something different, a platform that brings everything together and gives leaders a clearer path forward. My background includes two bachelor’s degrees, an Executive MBA, and active licenses in real estate and insurance, but just as important is the real-world experience I’ve gained working alongside businesses at every stage.
I’ve also had the privilege of building a team of dedicated, highly qualified advisors who share my commitment to consistently and purposefully executing L4’s disciplines.
Today, we leverage AI and digital media to modernize how businesses understand their performance and unlock growth. My goal is simple: to help business owners gain clarity, make better decisions, and build lasting value with confidence.

I founded L4 Advisory after spending more than 30 years leading teams, solving complex operational challenges, and serving organizations in both the United States Army and the healthcare industry.
Throughout my career, I learned that lasting success comes from disciplined planning, strong leadership, and building systems that enable people to perform at their very best.
As a retired Army veteran, I carry forward the values of integrity, accountability, and service into everything we do. My experience in healthcare has reinforced the importance of operational excellence, strategic execution, and putting people first—whether they are clients, partners, or the communities we serve.
At L4 Advisory, I wanted to create more than a consulting firm. I wanted to build a trusted advisory organization where business owners have experienced professionals beside them to navigate growth, manage complexity, and make informed decisions with confidence.
My mission is simple: to serve others by helping them achieve their vision through disciplined execution, trusted relationships, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
